Ashleigh Feltham, an Accredited Practising Dietitian, believes everyone deserves to live a life of health and wellness. She is passionate about helping people achieve their highest quality of life through nutrition, mental health, and exercise.
Ashleigh holds a Master of Nutrition and Dietetics and a Bachelor of Human Nutrition. She is also a qualified personal trainer and group fitness instructor with over 15 years of experience in the fitness industry. Her personal background as an elite gymnast and Australian representative in rock climbing for five years has shaped her deep understanding of movement, nutrition, and performance.
“I have been exercising for as long as I can remember. Knowing the benefits of moving the body and eating well, and the impact that awareness and nutritional education has on quality of life, I want to give back to the community in ways that I know best.”
Ashleigh has many years of experience successfully helping NDIS participants achieve and maintain their nutrition and health goals through tailored and individualised support. She currently provides Telehealth/Zoom consultations to NDIS participants across Australia, making her expertise accessible to individuals and families wherever they are.
Her experience spans a wide range of clients, with a particular passion for supporting neurodivergent individuals, as well as those with eating disorders and restrictive eating practices.
Ashleigh’s approach is rooted in respecting each individual’s unique journey and goals. She works closely with families and caregivers to create the most supportive environment for progress, ensuring that each person receives care that aligns with their needs.
She understands that food can be overwhelming, and that building trust with new foods takes time. Her focus is on supporting lasting change—not through force, but through trust, education, and empowerment.
“Change and habits that last cannot be forced; they need to come from a place of trust. My goal is to create an environment that helps every client reach their full potential.”
If you’re looking for support from a dietitian, Ashleigh at Spot Therapy Hub is currently welcoming new clients.
