Nurya van Biljon

Senior Occupational Therapist
Nurya is a clinician who believes that therapy should feel like play, because that’s where the real magic happens. With post-graduate training in Ayres Sensory Integration, she brings a deep understanding of the sensory world into her sessions, supporting children to thrive through fun, child-led and relationship-focused therapy.
Her approach is playful, flexible, and centred around each child’s unique strengths and interests. Whether she’s helping to build emotional regulation, motor skills, or sensory processing, Nurya’s goal is to create a space where children feel confident, connected, and excited to engage.
Outside of work, you’ll usually find her outdoors, at the beach, on a bushwalk, or just soaking up the sunshine. She’s a big believer in fresh air, good company, and keeping things simple.
