Bella is a caring and enthusiastic speech pathologist who is passionate about helping children and adults reach their communication goals. She completed a Master of Speech and Language Pathology at Macquarie University, following undergraduate studies in Socio-Legal Studies and a Graduate Diploma of Speech and Communication. Bella is a Certified Practising Member of Speech Pathology Australia.
Bella has experience working with children, young people and adults across clinic, school and community settings. She enjoys getting to know each person she works with and tailoring therapy to suit their interests, strengths and goals. Her practice is grounded in evidence-based approaches and a belief that communication is a fundamental human right. Bella has a particular interest in literacy development and orofacial myofunctional therapy. She is trained in a range of evidence-based multi-sensory literacy programs including the Spalding Method, Sounds Write and Read3, and has completed further training in oral function, feeding and breathing.
