Areebah Mirza
Speech PathologistAreebah is a compassionate speech pathologist dedicated to providing holistic support tailored to each client’s unique needs. She holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (Speech Pathology) from the University of Sydney.
Areebah incorporates evidence-based practice into her sessions and believes that sustainable change happens when a client’s communication skills are nurtured alongside supportive communication partner training. Influenced by her experiences growing up with an autistic brother – she understands firsthand how valuable it is to foster a communication-rich, neuroaffirming environment and the integral role this plays in building meaningful connections.
Areebah has experience supporting clients across schools, preschools, in-clinic, and via telehealth. She provides support with a variety of communication skills such as speech and language development, literacy, early intervention, social skills and fluency. She also speaks Urdu.
In her free time, Areebah enjoys birdwatching, singing, and spending quality time with her family and friends.
