Rebecca Elliott

Client Services Manager & Occupational Therapist

Rebecca Elliott is an accomplished Clinical Services Manager and Occupational Therapist with over two decades of experience across paediatrics, disability, and early intervention. With a Bachelor of Applied Science in Occupational Therapy, Rebecca’s clinical expertise spans physical disabilities, developmental delay, neurodivergence, equipment prescription, motor development, and functional capacity assessment. She has worked extensively with children and families in complex care settings including in the Spina Bifida and Brain Injury Services at The Children’s Hospital at Westmead and within private practice and NDIS settings.

Rebecca combines deep clinical knowledge with strong leadership in managing and developing multidisciplinary teams across allied health and early childhood services. Her work is grounded in evidence-based, family-centred, and neurodiversity-affirming practices. Rebecca is also a respected mentor and coach for clinicians, offering supervision and guidance in best practice OT frameworks. With a commitment to quality, equity, and client-centred care, she brings strategic insight, warmth, and purpose to every team she leads.
