Are you a passionate, dedicated professional looking for a truly unique and supportive work environment?
At Spot Therapy Hub, we're not just in the business of therapy; we're in the business of building lasting relationships, nurturing dreams, and realising the visions our clients have for their lives. Our therapists' goals are just as important to us, and we want you to join our work family.
Spot Therapy Hub’s Neurodiversity Affirming practice is on a mission to make a positive impact on the lives of our Spot Families and we are looking for exceptional individuals to join our team.
We meet our clients to explore their hopes, dreams and vision for their life – and our therapists’ goals are just as important!
Spot now have clinics in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs, Inner West and the Hills District.
At Spot we want to establish long term relationships with our work family. Spot is an evolving and growing service, and we love seeing you grow too. Director Kate, who is a Speechie and an OT, directly mentors staff, is constantly working on PD portfolios for the team, and loves caring for her own clients too.
Managers, Lorna and Louise, are qualified as therapists too, and that makes Spot a very special experience for clients and staff.
We are keen to get to know you and are very open about life at Spot. Our team culture is founded upon open communication, respect and trust. During your interview, we’ll show you around and answer all your questions. Connecting with therapists whose values and dreams resonate with our values, and the pillars of our clinical approach, is our priority.
To get a greater sense of our identity as a service, please check out our social media (@spottherapyhub), but in a nutshell:
We collaborate with therapists to develop a caseload that is balanced and supports their interests. Most caseloads are predominantly paediatric and many of our clients are neurodivergent (autistic, ADHDers, AuDHDers). Therapists will also exercise their knowledge in core areas of practice, including speech, fluency, language, and feeding, sensory integration, emotional regulation, motor skills and self-care skills.
Our salary packages are competitive and well above industry standards. Employees enjoy paid leave, superannuation contributions and travel allowances. Professional Development is another core pillar of our service and me make sure we deliver on that promise.
At Spot Therapy Hub, you’ll find more than just a job; you’ll find a caring, fun, driven and diverse team that’s dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of those we serve. If you’re a dedicated professional looking to make a difference in a unique and supportive environment, we want to hear from you.
