Vicki has a passion for Early Intervention and family centred practice. She has experience supporting kids and families with a range of disabilities including hearing impairments, developmental delay, Down syndrome and of course autistic and ADHDers.
Outside of work, Vicki enjoys walking, art and spending time with her family, which includes her hubby, 2 adult daughters and a small dog.
Vicki’s first daughters both have hearing and vision impairments, so she has firsthand/lived experience navigating the NDIS and advocating as a parent. Most importantly, she knows what flourishing looks like for young people with disability. Her daughters are amazing young women!
